Dingač has always been the true heart of Croatian winemaking. The vineyard is planted on a calyx type and has a density of 10,000 plants per hectare. It is very steep and specific, and all the work in the vineyard is done manually. Despite the very sunny weather, these vines manage to maintain a balanced acidity and develop layered aromas, specific only to this terroir of Dingač. Especially for its triple insolation: from the sun, reflection from the sea and reflection from quartz in the ground. After being harvested by hand, this grape goes through a double sorting: group by group, then grain by grain
Intense ruby red wine with purple reflections at the edges. The nose bouquet is expressive and very fruity in which the notes of cherries, blackcurrants and blueberries predominate. The taste has a dense, balanced and tasty structure in which we find elements specific to ripening in the barrel such as burnt wood, chocolate, hazelnuts, mint and spices but also round tannins. Post the taste is persistent and slightly peppery.
The culinary menu can include hard and semi-hard matured cheeses, chicken and red meat.
