With a deep ruby color, this wine reveals a bouquet that opens with a basket of small red and black fruits (strawberries, cherries, blackcurrants, blueberries), evolving on boiled plums, peppery shades, skin and tupus. This Pinot is very lively on the palate, structured, supple and round, with volume and pulp.

It is the ideal partner for meat pies, poultry or even a stew. Its natural elegance predisposes it to the association with a piece of veal steak, rare recipes of red meat and cheese (suflé, tartiflette, etc.).
