ORO DI EMÉRA is a soft, pleasant, convincing wine. Gives the nose hints of ripe fruits, such as citrus and cherries. The taste is exuberant and warm, with black berries and a lingering feeling of enveloping finish. A great wine that enhances the territory and tradition of Manduria, but with a note of character, personality and elegance guaranteed by the hand of Claudio Quarta.
Wine obtained exclusively from the Primitivo variety being a red wine with cherry reflections. The notes of red and black berries together with the notes of licorice, cloves and vanilla, the taste being distinguished by the very fruity aromatic complex where the notes of tobacco and violet leaves are minimally felt. Its finality is lasting, being a robust wine exactly as it suits a Primitivo di Manduria.
The gourmet menu may include hard and semi-hard matured cheeses, pasta with ragu or red meat and game meat.

The nose is complex with strong aromas of overripe fruit complemented by notes specific to ripening in the barrel such as pepper, licorice but also vegetable clues. The taste is tasty, has a balanced structure, round tannins and the finish feels peppery and long, being very silky and has a beautiful structure.
The wine has an intense ruby red color with a light purple color. On the nose, the wine has characteristics of deeply intense black fruits (blackberries and black plums) with a note of boiled spices.It is a strong red wine, which will go perfectly with red meat (think beef), game or even Ragu ‘alla Bolognese.
