Mahogany color that perfectly shows the passage of time. The aroma reveals an enormous concentration, a richness in which the notes of citrus and plant liqueur are later joined by hints of citrus and orange slices, Elvas plums. Very good austerity in the mouth, elegant but serious, very good acidity, beautiful combination, with a soft and long finish. Dominates notes of orange peel, green tea, hazelnuts and butter. The taste is relaxing and pleasant, its texture being light and the taste fresh.
The culinary menu can include a wide range of desserts. But sweet Muscat can be served with appetizers and also paired with rich pâtés such as foie gras and salted blue cheeses such as Roquefort. But these wines really enter the richness of taste when they are associated with desserts as well Fruit puddings such as lemon tart, pavlova and cheesecakes. I would also recommend them with apple and raisins in the oven or strudel with cinnamon.
