Creating an account on WineAdmire.ro is necessary to ensure that we sell alcoholic beverages only to persons over 18 years of age, according to the law.
The customer can place orders on the site, by adding the desired Goods and / or Services to the shopping cart, and will complete the order by making payment in one of the ways expressly indicated.
If you do not have an account, please click on “New account”. Enter the required data and press “Login”. Continue by entering your order billing information and delivery address. The payment of the order can be made by cash on delivery, upon receipt of the order from the courier, as well as online, with the card. Check the correctness of the data and complete the order with the “Send order” button.
Once added to the shopping cart, a Good and / or a Service is available for purchase to the extent that stock is available for it. The addition of a Good / Service to the shopping cart, in the absence of completion of the Order, does not entail the registration of an order, implicitly also the automatic reservation of the Good / Service. If for logistical reasons a certain product that is the subject of a subscription / gift / service package is no longer in stock, the Seller reserves the right to replace that product with another product that has a price close to the one replaced.

To the total amount is added the shipping fee which is calculated according to the quantity and value of your order.
For Cash on delivery orders require telephone confirmation – the client being contacted by telephone by a representative of the site. Order processing will only begin after telephone confirmation.
For orders over 500 lei, payment by card is mandatory.

However, according to GEO no. 34/2014 the buyer has the possibility to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the day on which he enters into physical possession of the product.
You can return the product within this period, as it does not have to be returned in its original packaging. For this we need to communicate to us your intention (unequivocal statement) to return by e-mail.

Product categories with special return conditions
- Beverages – must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, seals intact, packaging intact, without stains or tears.
- The returned drinks lose at least 50% of their value, because for example: The wines must be kept in special conditions of temperature and light.
